Day 2 | Giza Pyramids & Grand Egyptian Museum
After breakfast, step into Egypt’s deep past, guided by a private Egyptologist who understands that this experience is about feeling, not rushing.
As you arrive at the Giza Plateau, the wide desert opens up, and the Great Pyramids appear ahead of you. Standing before these monuments is less about sightseeing and more about presence, feeling the scale, silence, and intention behind structures that have stood for over 4,500 years. Your guide will explain how the pyramids were aligned with the sun and stars and how they reflected ancient ideas of balance, renewal, and eternity.
Nearby, stand before the Great Sphinx, shaped from natural rock and facing the rising sun. Many visitors feel a strong sense of stillness here, as if the monument is watching over the land just as it has for thousands of years.

Day 3 | Flight to Luxor & the Start of Dahabiya Sailing
This morning marks a turning point in your journey.
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your short domestic flight to Luxor, once the capital of ancient Thebes.
You’ll be welcomed aboard your traditional dahabiya, a small sailing boat designed for comfort and privacy. With only a few cabins on board, the experience feels personal and relaxed. There are no crowds and no loud engines, just the gentle movement of the river.
After settling into your cabin, enjoy lunch on deck as the Nile flows past palm trees, villages, and fishermen going about their daily routines. It’s a peaceful view that helps you disconnect from the outside world.
In the afternoon, step ashore to explore Luxor’s East Bank. Visit the vast Karnak Temple, where tall columns and open spaces give a strong sense of Egypt’s ancient past. Continue to Luxor Temple, built close to the river and designed to be experienced on foot, just as it was thousands of years ago.
As evening arrives, return to the dahabiya for dinner. The boat remains quietly anchored on the Nile, offering a calm and restful night under the open sky.

Continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built against towering cliffs in a graceful and balanced design. The setting feels peaceful and powerful at the same time. Stop briefly at the Colossi of Memnon, standing quietly at the edge of the fields, just as they have since ancient times.
Return to your dahabiya for lunch as the sail begins south toward Esna. The afternoon is spent relaxing on deck, watching green riverbanks, palm trees, and small villages pass slowly by. This is a perfect time to rest, read, or simply enjoy the gentle rhythm of the Nile.
