Amon Ra Tours – Terms and Conditions

 * About Us: Amon Ra Tours is specialized in curating and guiding historical and archaeological excursions across Egypt. Our services are led by a certified and experienced Tour Guide and Operator, Official Tour Guide License No. 15488.

 * Introduction: By booking with Amon Ra Tours, you agree to these terms.

 * Reservations & Payments: A 20% deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is payable prior to or upon arrival. Payments are processed securely via Visa/MasterCard. We do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with Egyptian law.

 * Cancellation & Refund: Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

   * 30+ days prior to arrival: Full refund (minus admin fees).

   * Less than 30 days: Charges apply based on the specific tour package terms.

 * Children Policy: Discounts for children are available depending on the specific package and room sharing with parents. Please verify details at the time of booking.

 * Responsibilities: Amon Ra Tours acts as an agent for local services. We are not liable for losses, accidents, or delays caused by force majeure or external factors beyond our control.

 * Legal: All disputes are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Users must be 18+ to register.
